Best running achievement: Lakeland 100 Finish. 105 miles in 30 hours 55 minutes and Good for Age London Marathon 2017 place.
I have been with Higham Harriers since it was formed, having worked as Chairman and Web Manager. I am still an active member of the committee. I have recently become a guide runner. I began running seven years ago, having shed 5 stone, and wanted to do something to keep me fit.

New to the life of running in 2014, now running is a way of life. Working on trying to be a quick runner – I’ll get there one day!

Keen runner, ran various distances up to Marathon however determined to focus on 5km to half marathon (tops) moving forwards and over the next 1-2 years nail some quick times to be proud of!
Bio: I was a founder member of Higham Harriers and have been Chairman since April 2016 – a job made much easier by the committee and Coaching Team being awesome! I started running about 18 years ago and have attempted most of the major distances.
Best running achievement: 5K 20:45; 10K 45:30; Half marathon 1:43; marathon 3:56.
I re-started running in the spring of 2016 after a gap of about 12 years. Recent times were 33:41 for the Wellingborough 5, 69:35 for the Swineshead 10 mile, 42:50 for the Keysoe XC 10k, and 38:25 for the Stanwick 10k.
